Joshua is... he listens to what we want, rather than what he wants to sell

And that was really important for us

So because he is like this, and I would definitely want my friends, my relatives to know that

Which definitely if we on our own we wouldn't know how to do this without advice from Joshua

For Joshua he actually increased his canvassing and door-knocking to look for alternative units

The response time of Joshua was really on the dot, even weekend, at night,

of course not in the wee hours, the response time was really good

If he requires further digging or maybe he's occupied with some other meeting, there's always a reply back to mention

to us say give Joshua some time, he's in a meeting or maybe he needs to check something or things like that

We wouldn't be left dangling there thinking if our queries have reached Joshua or

is it just left unattended and we just receive a blue tick thats all

 

(As for) selling price we were in fact overpromised by other agents to be

looking at really dreamy amounts

So, all in all, we sold fast, then we also managed to really secure our new house really fast

And that really take away all the stress that we had while worrying about does all these 2

timing actually gel at the same time together

​

And (we) depended a lot on our property agent, because he guided us where to go to, what to do at the correct moment

We'll definitely recommend Joshua to our friends & families. In fact, we have already started recommending.
